Just my reasons for having a will written.

I belong to the generation that likes to keep things in order and to have its affairs taken care of. Not only is my generation like it, but I myself am anal to the extreme. So, it is of little wonder I keep things neat.

A few nights ago, I was at a party where people spoke whether or not they should have a will. Oh dear, how opinionated people can get: they almost fist fought. I personally don't see any problems for people making wills.

Unfortunately, I've had a chance to see acrimonious disputes among family members over an estate because a person didn't leave a will. After seeing that, I decided to spare my family any quarrels and make a will. Additionally, it will give me a piece of mind knowing that my estate will be disbursed just the way I want it.

Having resolutely decided I want a will, I needed to find a lawyer who's an expert in the topic. Luckily, millennials are not the only ones who know how to search the web. If you want to find the right lawyer, you must narrow down your choice to a particular niche. Then, I would ask my friends for any recommendations since some of them might have dealt with the similar situation. Of course, it is the 21st century so even lawyers, who generally are not technically savvy, are online and have their social media profiles.

I'd personally pick someone who put his/her time into creating these profiles or make their own YouTube videos. This is a good way to get to know someone even prior to meeting them. These are just examples of the good looking profile. Of course, you would adjust your search to your local area.

Do you have your reasons why you shouldn't make a will? Let me know in the comments.
