An effective leader chucks the ego aside and embraces the mistakes. He very well knows the importance of making mistakes in the process of learning. Of course, mistakes can lead to the failure of goals but accepting the mistakes make a leader an effective one. A leader will then learn to lessen his mistakes so that he is able to avoid them in the future.
