1.Gym instructor qualification

If you are not studying full time, then it could take you approximately 6 weeks. However, if you are, it will take you 8 days. However, this is not needed for some level 3 qualification. 2.Lever 3

Once you have level 3, you will be able to become a self employed physical fitness trainer in London and anywhere in the UK. This could be of the same level or any other National Diploma. If you study part time, it could take you around 5 months or even full time. However, you need to be careful or it could give you just level 2 of qualification.

3.Getting a first aid certificate

It is important that you get a good first aid qualification if the client has met some injury when they are working along with you. Most of them are valid for almost 3 years. It is important that you get a first aid qualification.

4.Getting an insurance as a personal trainer

Always remember that is not necessarily a legal requirement, but there is no reason why you should not be working as some sort of a personal trainer. If the client is by any case injured while you are working, they may end up suing you for what happened to them. And that could make you get off work for a short period of time.
