Many runners suffer from plantar fasciitis. Mornings can be challenging because you have to put pressure on your feet for the first time. Good shoes and insoles can solved this problem. But you can also use another way to solve it naturally.

Pain under the heel is a common symptom. Walking or doing daily activities can usually relieve the pain.

However, it often returns to its original state after resting. Extreme pain is often felt in the morning when you take your first steps. Plantar Fasciitis is caused by too much or too fast activity or training.

Night splints are an excellent option, even though they limit some activities. How do they work? Even though morning stretches can be beneficial, the best method for many is to use a splint all night.

Plantar fasciitis splints can be uncomfortable and are often not comfortable to wear. In addition, many people find wearing night splints while they sleep cumbersome. These braces are attached to the foot and ankle and can be worn overnight. These braces are effective in eliminating or completely solving the worst parts of the day.

Night splints Benefits

  • When you are sleeping, stretch the plantar fascia ligament to reduce stress in the inflamed foot area.
  • It is remarkable how much the pain after getting out of bed in the morning is significantly less
  • Plantar fasciitis is caused by the sustenances stretching to the Achilles tendon and calf muscles.

Two types of night splints treat plantar fasciitis: the dorsal or the boot. They are constructed on opposite sides of your foot. That's what makes them different.

The Dorsal splint

The Dorsal support keeps the foot at a 90-degree angle with rigid plastic support riding along the top and shin of the foot. However, the arch and heel are still free to breathe.

The Boot splint

The Boot splint, which is often more significant than the dorsal brace, includes the spine of the mount at the back of your calf. It runs under your foot.

Based on real patient studies, these devices have been proven to be effective in treating plantar fasciitis. However, night splints are not the only treatment option. Other options include ice massaging the affected area, stretching the plantar fascia ligament, and physical therapy.

Night splints, which you wear while you sleep, keep your feet at a 90-degree angle. So instead of shortening your plantar fascia, you get a good, constant stretch while you sleep. They can be bulky, but they tend to work really well. And once the pain is gone, you can stop wearing them.
Using a plantar fasciitis night splint can be one of the most effective ways to treat the injury and requires little work from you. You wear the splint overnight. When wearing the splint, the fascia tissue is prevented from becoming tighter during the night, therefore avoiding those terrible morning sore feet that can occur. Get it here
