Pictures of perfect-looking people in beautiful clothes, wealthy business owners inviting you into an opportunity, and more can make you feel like you simply don’t measure up. Keep in mind that these pictures don’t depict reality. The people in those images are often models and photoshopped. How do you compete with that?
By realizing this, you can keep your self-image stable and ignore the ads.
You See Others’ Highlights
What do you share on social media: a great moment with your kids or your toddler’s fifth meltdown of the day? Of course, you share the good times. So does everyone else.
