So, let’s see five ways to boost your confidence ASAP. 

Practice Mindfulness

Financial independence, physical health, and intelligence define the modern man, but what happens if you worry so much about your goals that you can’t pursue them?

Mindfulness, at its core, says to focus on the ‘here and now’. Instead of living in your head, focus on becoming more aware of what’s going on around you.

Mindfulness allows you to assess situations more calmly, leave your fears behind and maybe even realize an awesomeness you didn’t know you had!

Be prepared (but don’t overdo it!)

We often feel insecure because we think most things are out of our control.

Well, instead of worrying, it’s more productive to plan your life, even when you can’t plan your life.

Sound crazy?

Well, it’s all about being proactive with life vs. just waiting for things to happen. By taking control of your choices, you will instantly boost your confidence.

Embrace failure as a learning tool

Did you read the previous point and ask yourself: “Yeah, but what if I fail?”

According to Sir Richard Branson (a man who knows a thing or two about confidence), “failure is the first step to success”.

By using what you learn from failures as stepping stones, you can climb your way to success.

Countless other ridiculously successful people, including Bill Gates, have embraced failure ‘productively’ in order to succeed, and so should you.

Change your image

Your clothes, your body language, and the people you choose to associate with, all shape who you are.

Think about it: if you act like a loser, dress like a loser, and hang out with losers, you are, by definition, a loser.

Now, if you act like a boss, dress like a boss and hang out with cool people, you cannot, again, by definition, be a loser.

By changing the way you present yourself, you change the way others see you, but also the way you see yourself. (Yeah, it’s that simple.)

Take care of your body

Mindfulness and preparedness will only take you this far if you can’t physically keep up.

Science has spoken and there is an astoundingly strong correlation between physical fitness and self-esteem, with fitter, stronger men being naturally more confident.

Physical fitness also boosts sexual confidence, which is a huge issue for many men, especially those struggling with penis size or performance issues.

Thankfully, there are several methods to address size concerns, from ‘gentle’ approaches like natural supplements and phalogenics (What is Phalogenics?) to extreme measures such as enlargement surgery.
